Ohio Machinery Co., the parent organization of Ohio CAT, headquartered in Broadview Heights, Ohio, is the exclusive, authorized dealer for Caterpillar equipment and engines throughout Ohio, northern Kentucky, and southeastern Indiana. Ohio CAT conducts operations in three divisions: Equipment Division, the Power Systems Division, and the Agri-Business Division. In addition, the company operates CAT Rental Stores at 8 of its locations, remanufactures and repairs all makes of hydraulic components at its Hydraulic Division (Complete Hydraulic Service), provides leasing solutions through its wholly owned subsidiary, OMCO Leasing Corp. and represents a range of allied products including Broce Brooms, Atlas Copco, Trail King Trailers, Thomas Built Bus and Peterbilt Trucks. Today, under the leadership of Mr. Ken Taylor, President and third generation owner, Ohio CAT employs more than 1,100 people in 21 locations and is a top ten Caterpillar Dealer in terms of industry opportunity, with annual sales exceeding $900 million.

Complete Hydraulic Service, generating approximately $10M annually with 45 associates, is located in a 58,000 sq. ft. facility in Bolivar, Ohio, and is a comprehensive fluid power component repair, rebuild and manufacturing facility. Complete Hydraulics Service also offers to order precision machining and custom metals fabrication.
