About Me

I am a hands-on operating executive with more than 20 years of experience leading and strengthening lower-middle-market industrial and manufacturing businesses across diverse end markets. My work centers on building disciplined operating systems, improving margin consistency, and enhancing cash flow resilience in performance-accountable environments.

I have held senior leadership roles including President, CEO, General Manager, and Director of Operations, with full P&L responsibility across early-stage companies, turnaround situations, and mature multi-site organizations. I am often engaged in businesses that are fundamentally sound but operationally constrained, where inconsistent execution, limited performance visibility, or unclear accountability are preventing the organization from reaching its potential.

My approach is grounded in establishing clear operating cadence, aligning leadership around measurable value drivers, and strengthening the connection between daily decisions and long-term financial performance. I prioritize margin discipline, working capital stewardship, and structured execution to support durable, repeatable results.

Throughout my career, I have restored positive EBITDA in underperforming operations, expanded margins through pricing and cost structure alignment, improved delivery reliability to best-in-class levels, and scaled production responsibly while maintaining quality, safety, and liquidity. These outcomes have been achieved through disciplined execution, data-informed decision-making, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

My experience spans manufacturing, distribution, field service, and product support environments serving defense, aerospace, energy, heavy construction, public utilities, and environmental markets across domestic and international operations. I bring a systems-oriented perspective, aligning operations, finance, and commercial teams around shared objectives that support long-term value creation.

I hold an MBA with a concentration in Finance and Organizational Leadership, a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing, and formal training in mechanical engineering. I am a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with additional training in Lean Management, Kaizen, Project Management, and Organizational Development.

At the core of my work is a commitment to building industrial businesses that perform reliably over time, organizations where disciplined execution, strong leadership, and prudent capital stewardship support resilient, long-term growth.

I selectively engage in fractional operating assignments that provide hands-on exposure to complex industrial segments. These engagements allow me to combine direct operating responsibility with structured market insight, entering environments by managing them, not observing them

Board & Governance Experience

In addition to operating leadership roles, I serve as a Board Director for a federally regulated credit union with approximately $450 million in assets and nearly 50,000 members.

My board work focuses on governance, executive oversight, risk management, and long-term stewardship, complementing my operating background with a disciplined, enterprise-level perspective on accountability and performance.
